Hi. Thanks very much for your excellent site. I have a little experience of civil procedure and practice in the Scottish Courts and in particular, Ordinary Cause procedures.

I would just like to let you know that based on the first letter I sent to Amex they refunded £545 which amazed me.

I am pursuing my bank and other card companies as well and will let you know how I get on.
