Phoned my bank (Ulster Bank) today quoting some of the facts/terminology used in your first letter and within a matter of 2 hours was credited with £220 which I accepted as a “part payment” , will still be chasing them about the remainder though using the letter(s). Thanks guys. Keep up the excellent work.

Thanks to this wonderful site, I got a refund of £670 today from Ulster Bank.  I did have to use letter one twice, but it worked!!!!  I will be telling everyone about this website!  Thank you!!!

I have just received a refund of 50 per cent this afternoon havin gonly addressed it with them today the ammount was £375 I am now going to go back to last  year and ask for refunds as well as todays only covered from jan to may i had no problem  what so ever ib fact the ulster bank were very compliant
